I went out to dinner last night. I was going on line go check the calorie count but my computer is so slow and my husband was anxious to go. So off i went fivuring i know what to order. Boy was i wrong. Who knew that a tufkey burger with a little avacado would be 800 calories? I'm hoping it wasn't because the calorie count was for a platter which they did not define. I switched the fries for broccoli. Lesson learned - spend the extra time to look at the calorie count before going to the restaurant.

    Keep in mind (this might make you smile) that the fat and calories in that avocado are the good ones! The turkey is fine, however you may want to skip the top bun and eat it with a fork. Good call on the broccoli! You're making a conscience effort, a little tweaking and we will all do better! Don't beat yourself up too bad, have a super day!
