Do you want a good workout that just requires some effort and initiative well then try the PYRAMID.
You can change what the exercises are to any three that you want to work on.
I basically do this with free weights, and three specific exercises. So give it a try, you might just be surpised on the effects of this one.

Start at the lower left hand corner, its simple as 1 and 2 and 3.
And just work uphill to you arrive at the BURN STAGE-6-12-18 !!!
Now go downhill and feel the rush of a good workout.

For a good change do this in a 3 day cycle rotating your exercises. OH,BP,CL then CL,OH,BP, then BP,CL,OH. I'm going to do it for the rest of this month every morning then head to the bike and thread mill just to round it out.
