I need a nudge!!

Oh well, let me start with yesterday i had around 2200 calories above my 1500 target. Coming out of a period of 5 servings of fruits / veggies, exercising everyday, 8 glasses of water.

The day before I went to an ice cream social - lol. Anyways!

I really know how to jump in and get back on track, that's what keeps my weight in control. So today, i'm really not feeling the energy but i'm back drinking my water, tracking my foods, and eating properly.

Life takes you off track sometimes but I know how to get back and when to.

Thanks for SP, i knew i'm not alone and that's what you would recommend me do.

    I'm new to Sparkpeople, so this is my first response, but what i can say to you is that everyon'e life goes "off track" at times, but you know what? Forget about it, because that's what makes us human right?

    Hey, ask yourself this question? Why should you worry about your weight, when there are so many other things in this life to worry about? And i do not mean that in a derogatory way whatsoever, i just mean that i'm sure you are perfect just the way you are and you should see this for yourself.
