Oh well, let me start with yesterday i had around 2200 calories above my 1500 target. Coming out of a period of 5 servings of fruits / veggies, exercising everyday, 8 glasses of water.
The day before I went to an ice cream social - lol. Anyways!
I really know how to jump in and get back on track, that's what keeps my weight in control. So today, i'm really not feeling the energy but i'm back drinking my water, tracking my foods, and eating properly.
Life takes you off track sometimes but I know how to get back and when to.
Thanks for SP, i knew i'm not alone and that's what you would recommend me do.
