I, too, didn't care much for my stability ball for the first week or so. Ultimate Ball is now one of my favorite workouts in the series. There's definitely some coordination involved in using the ball but you'll get it and just think of the abs you're going to have when you do :) Don't give up--and don't stab it (think of all the effort it took to inflate)! 2660 days ago
