It has been 12 weeks since I came back to Spark. And really, it was my
first sparking because when I had joined in 2009 I didn't understand
what I was to do or how to get around this website. It was easier this

I knew that wasn't realistic so I thought about it. and then I thought some more.

when it comes to chipping this old fat off. So I slowly put in 1 1/2 pounds a week hoping this was not a trick question and that, yes there was someone on this planet that really could lose 1 1/2 pounds a week, after all that was 6 to 7 1/2 pounds of pure butter we are talking about in one month. (I think for me it is more like lard ) lol
So I have watched the
each week and it started moving down, at a nice pace in April, very slow in May and nothing in June. Then something sparked in July. I know, it is only the 8Th of July but I have already shed 8 1/2 pounds so far. And the big surprise is
I am down 18 big, very big pounds. 12 weeks, 18 pounds (12 x 1.5=18) Could I be right on Target for where SparkPeople said I would be. Have they spiked my oatmeal or something?
I am so shocked you could of knocked me over with a feather. Now as my friend Karen would say, " get up and do the Happy Dance" and you can bet your booty, I am Happy Dancing all over the place.
I can and will succeed and maybe, just maybe I might beat the turtle in this race!
Now wouldn't that bring a Spark to my step!
