Taking a Qeue from Yoovie, time to motivate myself. ( In my world I am an adventurer)

I've been in a bit of a funk lately. I've been working out pretty consistantly for the past 3 months and have not lost anything. It's the longest plateau ever! But I need to take comfort in the fact that even though I'm not loosing any weight I'm doing great things for my body.
So I'm going to take this opportunity to say some things that I do for myself and what I want to become.

emoticon I have been working out at least 3-4 times a week for the past 3 months

emoticonI commit to getting at least 8 hours of sleep every day because, I'm a totall Biotc* when I don't. And when I'm tired the motivation for working out goes out the window.

emoticon I have a pretty balanced diet, I no longer bing eat. I do not limit myself to certain foods, and try to eat everything in moderation. If I want spaghetti, I eat it. A small portion with more sauce than pasta. If I want to order out, I do it. But I save half for the next day.

emoticon Even though I'm not at my goal weight, I try to appreciate my body with all it's imperfections. I take pictures ever month to see the progress I've made. And when I'm done I will take the picture from day 1 and introduce it to day 90 and post it on sparkpeople. Even if I can't see the difference I'm sure that someone else will.

emoticon I take my dogs with me when I go for my runs in the morning, I know they can use the excersize just as much as I can. Plus they always tend to make me go faster than I normally would.

Ok so for what I want to be

emoticonI want to be the girl that is fearless when it comes to trying new things.

emoticon I want to be the one that motivates other people to workout hard and push themselves.

emoticon I want to push myself towards exhaustion when I workout.

emoticon I want to be proud of my body, whether it's with clothes on or not:)

emoticon I want to be more outgoing and less shy. More confidence please!

So Dear Me,
I can see the effort that you are putting into your body. It's real, whether you can see the difference or not. It's time to start uploading pictures so everyone can see your progress and give you feed back.
You are beautiful just the way you are whether it's a size 8 or a size 6.
Don't be afraid to push yourself to the brink, your body is ment to be used and will adapt to the new challenges.
Even if you are feeling lazy and don't want to do anything but watch tv, you will make a concious effort to do something physical even if it's just situps.
We can do this emoticon
Love me

Great Blog!! Putting pictures on my page is probably the best thing I have ever done. I get such great positive feedback . It really helps me keep going. We are our worst enemy. We never see the good, always the bad. I love your goals -- I especially like how you want to be someone who motivates other people. I want that as well. I think you are very brave and you seem to try new things. First of all P90X is hard and there are a lot of people who will not do it so good for you! Also I saw that you are doing that Tough Mudder -- That is excellent. I dont think I would ever try something like that. I am not brave enough for that.

Keep up the hard work! It will all pay off in the end!
