July 5-8 Report

I got my two days of one hour of exercise in. Tuesday I did strength training as I watched my new fav anime... Bleach... Then I went for a late night run because it was so hot during the day. The run was a little hard. I haven't been running as much as I should. My long run day was taken over by concrete demolition. I also haven't been running as much because we've been trying to get pregnant. I had a chemical pregnancy a few months back that when I was on a run, I felt funny with it and I was worried that running might affect our chances. I've been trying to work out a little less because of this. So I'm not getting in nearly the miles that I had been.

Last night I did Bob Harper's Kettlebell workout and then I went running right after. That run as hard. I'm sure that it has to do with the amount of effort that Kettlebells require you to expend. I'm feeling a little sore now. It's good sore though.

Drinking calories.... Hmmm, well, for the most part, I don't drink calories. I drink water, coffee, and an occasional diet pop. Coffee has 10 calories or so a cup and I have about two cups a day. I had been drinking a favored water this week called Twist. It's sweetened with Agave nectar. There is like 20 calories in the bottle, at one bottle a night. So that would be about 40 calories drank. Not very many.

Calendar. The calendar is up and running. I have pretty stickers on my days. Flowers/Butterflies/Dragonflie
s for good day for exercise. Little hearts to mark strength training and little gems and hello kitty stickers to use for other things that might come up that I want to track. I love my stickers!!! I have lots of things penciled in. I think this will help me a ton for planning healthy choices.

I'm Rocking it today!

The grades....
