5% Summer Challenge - Assignments 1-3

I'm a little behind on my homework for this challenge, so here it goes:
Assignment #1: Challenge Commitment
- I will work out 5-6 days per week for at least 45 minutes at a time
- I will follow the Spark diet
- I will support my team by being an active member, reading and commenting on blogs and posts. We're in this together!
- Spark page updated this week and time zone added to signature!
Assignment #3: List all the reasons I want to lose weight
- Mainly I want to feel more confident in myself
- I also want to change my attitude and outlook in a positive direction
- I don't want to think/worry about my weight or my diet all the time
