A hot day...enjoyed the air conditioning.

It was another hot day here in Montana. I ran some errands this morning and then stayed home in the air conditioning. I read a magazine, checked my email and ate healthy all day. I took the day off from exercise. It was a nice day.

I am tired and this won't be very long. I don't do well blogging this late at night!! I am ready for bed!

I watched some tv tonight..but mostly listened to digital music with the tv just showing the pictures they show on the 70's channel.
