Worked out today!!

The first month of my SP "exile" I managed to workout about half of my normal schedule. The second month almost not at all. emoticon

BUT today, I got back to my normal workout, and it felt WONDERFUL!!!!

I've also decided that I must be diligent in tracking daily to get back on track.

    You are so right, Roxanne. Tracking our nutrition and fitness has been the key for me---I don't think I have missed a day tracking since I began with SP. whether I have been good or not. I actually think I would feel out of control if I missed tracking.
    I know now why we call it 'staying on track', because that's what we are doing...right? emoticon I am very proud of you.

    It is so easy to slip right back into what got us here in the first place, isn't it? You've got more motivation than I will ever have. Great job getting right back in tune, gal.
