I've decided to really start trying to do this again. I had gotten down to 181 a few weeks ago, but I'm back up to 184 now. I did make a fantastic lentil stew that only had 100 cals for dinner tonight, but it is going to take a lot of those to make up for eating out every night for the last week and a half. We really need to learn to say no to eating out with our friends, both for health and money.
I'm going to start like I did at the beginning and just start trying to record my meals every day. Then I will start to add exercises as well. Hopefully I can get back on track and actually get myself down to overweight instead of obese. I only need to lose about 10 more pounds :)
