No more excuses

I'm having trouble making time to run.

OK, scratch that. I'm making excuses why I can't. It's too hot. I don't want to get up earlier.

Now that I've said that out loud, the challenge is to get up off my butt and do it. I ran Tuesday on the treadmill. Today, I'll probably treadmill it again. I have an after work function, but I'm going to try to squeeze a run in between work and the function. If I go to the gym, I won't get quite as hot and sweaty. Plus, the entire run/walk is only 30 minutes. I can make this happen.
