Never be rushed into making food decisions. I bought what I might normally have purchased in the past and ate it all. When putting it into the tracker, what an eye opener. I guess I really never considered just how many calories I truly did eat and 111 grams of fat. Oh my. The volume of food that I ate was actually down from what I would have! Where would I have been if I had ate more. Very scary. Here is to a new day!!!
