Lesson Learned

Thursday, July 07, 2011

Never be rushed into making food decisions. I bought what I might normally have purchased in the past and ate it all. When putting it into the tracker, what an eye opener. I guess I really never considered just how many calories I truly did eat and 111 grams of fat. Oh my. The volume of food that I ate was actually down from what I would have! Where would I have been if I had ate more. Very scary. Here is to a new day!!!

Tracking everything is a good motivator, even if you don't want to see how bad it is it helps keep you accountable. What is the point in lying to yourself, you know...

Somethings I don't even put in the tracker because they are so overboard. Here's to cooking your own, making it delicious, and more tracker friendly. Hope you are doing well now!
