What to Do

I am doing fairly well keeping my calories in control - but my fat grams are horrific! I am having trouble with healthy food. I have added a few fruits during the week, but I need to eat more.

It seems I am hungry more than I was earlier in my program. I think it may be because I have allowed myself some "treats" but too many.

Once a foodaholic always??

    yes...I think so. I travelled to pick up E today and started out healthy, then went to M's (as N calls them), then it went down hill. I will just consider it boosting my metabolism and move on.

    I think adding fruits gradually will get easier and easier. WW allows all the fruits and veggies you don't even count them. I now count to make sure I get 7 a day and it really makes me crave less other stuff.

    So glad you are on here and hope you find it as helpful as I do.
