I have started recently using a walk as not only exercise but also as a coping mechanism. I was always a snacker in the past. Heck I would easily g r a z e through the day. Now if 3 hours haven't passed since I last ate.... I get a drink.....then if that doesn't work.....I go for a walk. Walking 3 miles ties me up for a little time and then if I'm still hungry after that....I eat :)

P.S. That is me from behind..............Lord knows why my sister thought I'd need THAT shot lololol.
