Crrrrrkkkk! Can you hear it? That's me trying to get back in the groove- my Sparkgroove that I was so good at for so long! May and June were total chaos and disruption. The house problems were NOT a bad memory by 4th of July, but almost. My house is 98% back on track so I have no excuse this month. I have to and I want to get back on track.
My goals: Exercise twice a day for 30 minute sessions- five times a week
8 glasses of water/day. The hectic days I've been living affected my water intake.
Lose 5 pounds- Not a problem if I stick to my plan!
I did put a few pounds back on during all of this. I'm still wearing my smaller sizes, but they're tighter now.
Entirely different personal goal- I have always wanted to share my writing with the world. It took 40 years to get the courage up, but I am finally doing it. I have an article being published in the August edition of Arkansas Life due out August 1st. I hope to keep getting things published in local venues for now. I am also fervently writing for my book that I've been toying with for the past year.
