July Goals

It's that time again...here are my goals for July. I'm going to try a put a little extra effort into this month.

Running goals:
This weekend: 11 mile run
July 17th: Napa-to-Sonoma Half Marathon!!
I'll stick to 4 milers the rest of the time

Other exercise:
The usual - 2 sessions per week with the trainer, 1 powerflex class, 1 bootcamp class and a little tennis with my girlfriend

Ok - really need to eliminate the bad weekends....I'm so good during the week. I'm going to start focusing THIS weekend regardless of the wedding we're attending on Saturday night.

I'm super excited for our trip to Napa and to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my hubby! I will try not to drink too much wine when I'm there...at least we'll be running a half emoticon
