day one

Ok yesterday was my first time logging my meals in along time. I would try but it was hard with the girls eating and wanting this or that. I would not measure out what I at so had to guess. Yesterday I actually measured out things and it went good. I was able to stay in my goal ranges for everything. I started the spring into shape bootcamp. I think I will be able to follow that really easily.
