What Would You Attempt To Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail???

Tuesday, July 05, 2011

So I decided to give my page a little Spark lift. Girl's gotta stay motivated emoticon

Today was back to work and it was a good day all in all. I got off a little early and was able to pick up DD from summer camp. Got home, fed DD & DH and then it was time to do Day 2 of Body Gospel. Definitely more challenging as I don't have the bands that go with it. I do have one but the style is a little different. But I didn't let that stop me. I still moved forward and did my work out for Day 2 which was called Core of Revelation...lots of strengthening the core emoticon emoticon emoticon At the end she was doing some interesting stretches which led me to tell my husband "she's got jokes!". No one on earth could I stress my body into that position at this point in my journal. However, I did the majority of the work out with many self made modifications as needed. The point is, I persisted and completed the workout and was proud of me. At the end of the day, besides God, I'm the only I have to report to. So I am happy I made the effort.

At the end of the video segment, she asked this question and said you may have heard it. So I am going to ask it to you my friends and see what you might have to say in response to it....

What would YOU attempt to do if you knew you could not fail????

I'd have to say I would attempt to do what I am doing now. While staying in strong in my faith, I'm walking this journey to lose weight and not giving up. I am being an example to my daughter to finish what you start.

The other part of what I would attempt to do would be something with regards to my career. I've said for some time I'd like to be a Children's Fitness Specialist. I would attempt to be a personal trainer so I could help others reach their fitness goals.

Lastly, I would like to go kayaking

and white water rafting.

It's something I've been interested in and wanted to try back when I lost 120lbs over 3 yrs ago. I would like to shoot for that goal! I don't want to miss out anymore on what life has to offer!

So if you don't mind sharing, what about you????

What an emoticon blog Simone. I am so very proud of you! Keep up the good job that you have started! emoticon Don't feel bad about having to adjust workouts. I think there are many people in your same boat. I workout quite a bit, but I still have to modify a lot of the workouts. My hubby and I want to try kayaking while we are in Kuwaii, but we're not sure if we'll be able to. Right now I am having trouble with bursitis and neck and shoulder pain and he had a shoulder replacement 9 months ago. He is going to call the company to see what their input on the subject is. Be sure to keep your goals within your sight so that you can remember them! Keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
