It's been a week

Well it's been a little over a week and I've stretched myself in walking. Other than one time that my hip seems very tired everything was fine! I've forced myself to walk to the corner store and back several times and I'm not in pain. Whatever is working I hope it keeps up.

I've been consistant in tracking my food and rarely am I over my limit on anything. Sad to say I just can't force myself to eat if I'm not hungry. Water - the same - try as I might I just can't get more than 16 oz down me a day. I've even tried to flavor my water but that doesn't excite me either. The doctor will be somewhat disappointed but he didn't make a big deal out of it on my last visit.

I have another doctor's appointment toward the end of the month to see how this calcium/potassion medication is working (blood draw - ugh!) I think it's worked really well. So much more energy (who knew).

Anyway - I'll probably do an update after my next doctor's visit/

    emoticon Great job on the walking and the food tracking! It's hard to get back into it, but starting is the hardest part. Seems like you're over that and now just have to keep up the motivation!
