DIY July 1-4 assignment

My work outs were great for those 4 days.
emoticon7-1 30 minutes of cardio and 20 of strength training
emoticon7-2 30 minutes of heavy cleaning of the house
emoticon7-3 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of strength training
emoticon7-4 1 hour total of walking around Busch Stadium for the baseball game

Food wasn't so great.
I ate pretty crappy. And I unfortunately didn't eat my two good things for one bad.
My total good foods only equaled like 3 salads and a couple of bananas.

    The exercise is a great start...way more than I can say I did! Keep up with the exercise, drink water, and the food will fall in too. R U planning your meals? Gots the healthy stuff in the house? Now the holiday weekend is over it might be easier too! Keep your head up! emoticon emoticon

    Usually exercise can make up for alot! Keep it up!
