DIY July 1-4 assignment

My work outs were great for those 4 days.
7-1 30 minutes of cardio and 20 of strength training
7-2 30 minutes of heavy cleaning of the house
7-3 30 minutes of cardio and 30 of strength training
7-4 1 hour total of walking around Busch Stadium for the baseball game
Food wasn't so great.
I ate pretty crappy. And I unfortunately didn't eat my two good things for one bad.
My total good foods only equaled like 3 salads and a couple of bananas.
