Lately, I have been having "stomach issues". Tonight, (hope this isn't TMI) I was gassing myself out of our bedroom. I just feel sick. My dfriend says the other day, "Gee Tova, you seem to be having a lot of stomach issues. Maybe you should track your food and see what is causing it." She was worried about saying anything to me about this.
She is right. I have been having a lot of issues. And I need to track. I feel lousy. I am up at 4 am because I feel lousy. This isn't working (thank you Dr Phil). So, starting today, July 4th, I am declaring my independence.
I will start small. Since today we are going to a bbq, my goal for the day, DRINK WATER. And track how much. Now time for bed. If I can stop burping.
