Lately, I have been having "stomach issues". Tonight, (hope this isn't TMI) I was gassing myself out of our bedroom. I just feel sick. My dfriend says the other day, "Gee Tova, you seem to be having a lot of stomach issues. Maybe you should track your food and see what is causing it." She was worried about saying anything to me about this.

She is right. I have been having a lot of issues. And I need to track. I feel lousy. I am up at 4 am because I feel lousy. This isn't working (thank you Dr Phil). So, starting today, July 4th, I am declaring my independence.

I will start small. Since today we are going to a bbq, my goal for the day, DRINK WATER. And track how much. Now time for bed. If I can stop burping.

No such thing as TMI on this site...lol. We've all been there before. I find anytime I change my diet, especially if I'm adding new or more fruits and veggies I have terrible tummy problems for a few weeks. Once I get used to them my problems go away. But sometimes your body just needs some time to adjust to changes. Good luck!

I do hope tracking will help you discover what has caused your discomfort. Of course, some healthy foods take getting use to, like broccoli and beans. If these foods are to blame, maybe using beano will help with them.

I hope your stomach problems clear up! Tracking all your food sounds like a great place to start so that you can figure out what is bothering you. Good luck, and happy fourth! emoticon emoticon

I used to have stomach problems like that before I finished cycle one.I was sick all the time. Now I have no more stomach pains or problems unless I eat wheat, which I discovered in Cycle 3. I also no longer have acid reflux. You gave up on the 17DD didn't you? I hope that you figure out what's causing it. Maybe you 'll join us again. We even have someone following it, who has, not only a gluten allergy, but has IBS. We made a special vegetarian topic for her. Feel better soon!! emoticon

Sorry you are having tummy problems. I'm not sure if this is the case for you...but adding too much fiber into your diet all at once can cause problems. Better to add new healthy foods one at a time and see how your body reacts. Good Luck with tracking your foods and seeing if you can figure out what is causing the problem. emoticon

Ahhhhhh the levitating blanket trick LOL. No laughing matter for sure. From reading a few of your earlier blogs I'm guessing that you are still struggling with sticking to healthy foods?
I have the same problem. It's like a hangover. Every time you get one you vow to never drink again.....yeah right.
No worries. We'll get it. One of these days. Just keep trying.
Hope you figure it out and feel better soon. In the mean time,
I hope you enjoy the bbq. Happy 4th!

GOOD JOB ON CHANGING YOUR EATING HABITS. TRY A COUPLE TUMS AND A WARM GLASS OF MILK, THAT MIGHT HELP
