Trying to turn things around.

Sunday, July 03, 2011

I feel like I'm failing quite miserably.I'm so stressed and not caring what I put into my body,or even if I move out of bed. Were moving in with my parents, and then saving for a place of our own,I'm going to be unemployed.I hope I can turn things around, but everytime I try,I give up.

No giving up. We all have times when we have to regroup and go at it again and that's okay. However, there's no giving up. This is your life and time and tide will turn and it will change. Things always do change.

Focus on what you can do, not on what you can't do.

    Best wishes,

Don't give up! You're going through a really difficult and stressful time. Maybe use exercise as a way to reduce that stress. You'll feel better if you do and get some positive results. Making strides towards a healthier lifestyle can make you feel better and even hopeful. You can do this. We all slip up, but can learn from this, and go on to be successful. Wishing you all the best.

Please don't give up. Cause if you give up, then I'll want to give up. And I don't want to give up. Hang in there. You can do it. I know you can. I've only lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks and during that time, I've went off track. But I've gotten back on track and I intend to stay that way. I really have to watch what I put into my mouth. If I can do it, the so can you. We can do it together. emoticon emoticon

    Hey XMuffinXFaceX,

Hang in there! There isn't one of us who hasn't been there. Just take some rest and be easy go yourself. Do something you never do, like watching a sunset together. Find something in all this mess that you truly enjoy, and costs you nothing, and build on that. Pick wild flowers? Are there apples or wild berries for you to pick? Can you make a pie and invite family or friends over? Focus on all that is good and the things you love, especially when the chips are down. Because, the wheel will come around, and in the meantime, you deserve to give yourself a break.
Don't give up; hang in there! Besides, we need you here at SparkPeople. We are excited for you and your wedding plans, and we like to see you succeed! Must rush 'cause we have company, but couldn't help adding my voice to those of your other SparkFriends.

Have a great long weekend! Always make the best of things, especially "a zoo!" Droplet.

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time lately. The only advice I can give you is to just keep doing the next right thing. Things will be looking up again soon, honest!

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I was just standing out on my porch thinking about just posting a blog that says "I give up." Then I thought about how much I enjoy SP, and how I always come back even when I don't have success. Keep blogging and keep us updated. We're here to support you.

Facing unemployment and feeling out of control can be very difficult. I've been unemployed for almost 2 years and ended up moving in with a friend of mine and her husband. Its hard at times to keep a positive attitude and to focus on being healthy (with which I am completely struggling right now), but you can do it. Don't give up on yourself, try to do little things right now to help with the stress.
