Yep. That's what I said when I ran outside today. I've been jumping on the treadmill for the past month or so. I have gotten up to 2 miles in 30 minutes. I am always SO proud of myself when I do it because I was NEVER a runner. Not in the least bit. If nothing was chasing me...I was not running.

However, I run now. And one day...just maybe...I will sign up for a 3K or a 5K one day. So... I will run away the pounds and maybe run a few marathons while I'm at it.

    That's so great! I was never a runner either, and I started very slowly with baby steps. And now, like you, I run! I've run 5ks and would like to do 5 miles next, if the body is willing. Keep working on those goals -- it's a great feeling to work so hard to achieve something!
