Starting Herbalife Day 1 - July 3, 2011

I'm getting bored with my current eating habit and know for sure that I may start introducing crap into my diet.
So for a little change I will be doing herbalife meal replacement shakes for two weeks. I will be replacing two meals and having a sensible meal - preferrably lunch.
I bought a pack of the protein bars to snack on.
I already have fruits.
I will be having my 8 glasses of water and exercising everyday.
I will be tracking what I eat daily.
Looking forward to lose some fat and water.
