Lost 4 lbs.?????

Last week, I weighed myself and the scale said 168 lbs. up from 164 lbs! So I got back out there and started walking again ( I hadn't done much walking or anything for a couple of weeks). I started tracking my food and exercise, and even doing strength training and Coach Nichols 110 minute cardio videos. I weighed yesterday, and the scale said 164 again! Did I really lose 4 lbs in a week? Or did I see the scale wrong last week?
The only scale I have to use is the one at work and it is in one of the client's rooms, and since I work the night shift, they are all asleep when I get to work. So I used my flashlight and when I did the bed check, I stepped on the scale. I'm thinking maybe I read it wrong under the circumstances...but then again...I have increased my exercise and I have been eating good all week! But, 4 lbs in a week just doesn't sound right!
I guess I will just have to wait and see what I weigh next week:)
