Ok, I went back to work this week and since I couldn't walk I did nothing -- not good. It is a new month and I plan to reach all my exercise goals for July. Just came back from a walk and I feel great. Yesterday I changed my nutrition tracker to no meal plans. Even though I don't exact;y follow the meal plan I really need it as a guideline so back it went. I am refocused.
