6 month Sparkversary and July goals!

6 months ago I joined SP & it's been such an incredible life-changing experience. 40 lbs down is a great indication that SP works. I've reached 14 of my mini goals and have 9 left, including the biggest which is reaching goal & maintaining my healthy lifestyle.

Here are my July goals:

Track my food every day

Cook 5 new recipes a week

Work out 5 to 6 days a week for a total of 2,000 fitness minutes

Add workout DVDs 3 days a week in addition to the gym

Be active in the Summer 5% Challenge (thanks TURTLEBEAR!)

Stayed focused and positive

Looking forward to some great results this month for me and all my SparkFriends. We can do this, one day at a time, together!
