Cabin Week Plan

A week at the lake is going to be tough -- Lots of relaxing and the temptations of snacking (S'mores!), having some cool beverages, not to mention a huge neighborhood potluck picnic on the 4th of July!. I doubt I will be able to follow a strict nutrition/calorie plan. I'm going to make it my goal to just not stress too much, do the best I can to use moderation if I decide to eat things that aren't normally in my "menu", and try to get in extra exercise, since my days will be pretty much unstructured and unscheduled. I'm maintaining, but I am at the top of the range and certainly don't want to gain any more. Plus, I have that class reunion coming up in August, and I want to be feeling healthy, fit and confident!
