woohoo. Did day 3 this morning. Still not finding it easy, although I was able to go a bit faster today for the first few intervals, and have now developed sore knees and a left ankle that seems to be going all over the place. Hopefully they will improve rather than become a problem.

But week 2 of the zombie shuffle beckons me ..... Bring It ON!!! On Sunday I am going to OWN w2d1. emoticon

It's been a good week. I've kept in the calorie range everyday and have done some sort of cardio everyday. Go Me!
