DIY Challenge Entry Form
My Challenge Name: Down and Dirty Ph. D. Challenge (Cause I have a master's degree in this crap...)
My Starting Weight: 229.4
Four Other things I will be measuring during this challenge & their current stats: (body measurements, race times, crunch max, jeans size, whatever YOU need to track)
1. minutes I can run: 2
2. soda I drink in a day, in ounces: omg, 105?
3. pants size: 18/20
4.avg daily calories: 3000 (and thus, the problem is revealed)
If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because: I'm so dang pissed that instead of losing my preggo weight, I went the other way! I super love my daughter, but I'm ready to get my flippin' body back!
I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because: I'm eating too much junk. And the reason I'm doing that is because I'm giving myself permission, and I'm eating when I'm pissed. And I've been pissed a lot in the last year.
This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that: These days are going to pass, and I can get heavier or I can get stronger.
I'm scared of: Getting pregnant at my current weight. Never getting back down to my happy weight.
I want to: be proud of myself and my body again, be the eater and athlete I want to see in my daughter someday.
But I have faith in: my own self, I am a bada$$.
And THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME: I am on fire.
My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. my hips
2. my daughter
3. my pants, ugh
4. all those hot clothes in my closet that I can't wear right now!
5. all mirrors!
The best way to motivate me is: praise
The best way I can motivate myself is to: praise myself, and be kind to myself
My name is Nicole and I will show what I'm made of.
