Preparing and Celebrating....

As I've mentioned before I'm preparing for my first duathlon. My base is pretty strong....I run/walk a 5k in under 45 minutes and bike 30kms in under 2 hours. This was before my orthotics and before my lower back rehab.
I went to the gym yesterday and nearly cried! I was able to run/walk 30 minutes, bike 15 minutes, then run/walk another 15 minutes. There was no pain. I woke up the next morning and felt great...knees, lower back....no pain. It's my new base and something to build on until August.
I am celebrating no pain and a restart/rededication to my journey.
