If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because:
It is about damn time I start loving myself. And not just because I lost a crap ton of weight... but because I learned how to by eating beautiful healthy foods and shakin' what my momma gave me!
I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because:
I'm afraid. I'm afraid of success. I'm afraid of failure. I'm afraid of living. But it's time to face my fears.
This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that:
