Take The First Step!

Thursday, June 30, 2011

I have been hoping and praying for a "Buddy" to work out with for a long time. And out of the blue, last Thursday, my sister Pat and I partnered up and committed to walk on our treadmills and/or "Spin" on our stationery bikes together everyday.

Pat lives in Illinois and I live in South Carolina. We call each other at 7:00 am and we talk and we exercise at the same time.

We successfully met our first goal which was: Take the first step.

We successfully met our second goal: We completed our first week without missing a single day!

I absolutely love this! This is a prayer answered. Pat is the perfect exercise buddy for me. We are both like a dog with a bone once we set our minds on a project, we finish it!

Love,
Vera
