I have heard of the term afterburn, knew that both cardio and strength training can both cause afterburn. What I did not know or believe was how MUCH afterburn I would have.

On the two different days I did ST while using my bodybugg, I burned 200 extra calories over a 12 hour period. Not bad, 200 bonus calories burned. You could actually see the increase in my baseline burn quite clearly. Quite the motivation to ST more often.

Just thought I'd share.
