Oh my gosh!! I have been so hungry this week! I don't know why other than I upped my fitness minutes some last week. So far I haven't completely caved and I am not going to. I know I will get through this but it feels like I just started watching my calories yesterday! I don't care what I eat my stomach still rumbles. I just keep drinking drinking drinking and chewing more and more gum. I'm telling myself I can't snack unless it's been at least 2 hours since the last time I ate. Hopefully this will calm down by tomorrow, it's been about 3 days!

    I've been doing the same thing by eating every 2-4 hours and the more you do it the easier it gets, especially when you see the results. emoticon

    Ugh.. you can DO this!! Sounds like you have a plan in place... I love the gum trick and water.. but if it really gets too much EAT.. but eat freggies.... and count for those calories. Sometimes eating more protein helps with the hungries too, so sometimes I grab a low fat cheese stick, or scrambled egg beaters both of which are very low calorie but higher in protein. Hang in there. You are doing AWESOME.

    (A final thought.. you have lost a TON in the last few months... maybe your body is freaking out.. especially with you upping exercise.. and perhaps upping for a few days to maintenance level would help regain the balance. That is something you need to consider carefully so that it does not become a habit.)
