results week 3 of no sugar

So I have lost another half pound, and this week I only lost a half an inch as well. Could it be that my body has already adapted to eating no sugar? Hmmm... I am going to continue eating no sugar, except for on Fridays, and I am going to start tracking my calorie intake as well. I was trying to get away with not tracking by just eliminating sweets, because, well... I don't really like tracking. I find it tedious, and time consuming. But I also am not liking being overweight. Do I sacrifice a little time to track my food? I am thinking the correct answer is yes. Now to just do it.
I went to see a physical therapist today about my condition with my abdominal muscles. She has never seen this condition before, which did not inspire confidence in me. Next week I will be meeting with a different therapist who has worked with my condition before. I did a lot of small core movements and am supposed to do the exercises 2 times a day. I am praying this works. I am so tired of people asking me when my baby is due. I look that pregnant. I am NOT pregnant. my baby is almost 2! I guess that is what happens when one is pregnant with 9 pound babies. I will update you all with any progress that I see doing the small core exercises.
