Getting back on track

Well....after last week's bad weather/injury fall off the weight-loss wagon, I am starting to get back on track. My boyfriend came over to my apartment yesterday morning after work and walked with me for my two mile walk (which was actually 2.5 miles). He took me out for breakfast after, which caused me to go a little over my intake limits for the day, but I did choose a healthier veggie omelette with a side of cottage cheese instead of potatoes for the meal (now if I could just get him to eat a little healthier it would be great :P ). He does get a bit more exercise than me since he golfs once or twice a week carrying his 40 lb bag and going up and down hills, so I give him a little leeway...LOL.
I missed my walk this morning because the ankle was hurting again, and was swollen a little last night, so I think maybe going down to two days a week walking, with one off in between them, will be better. But I did substitute another form of cardio for the walk, since we played darts for an hour and a half last night while out for karaoke (and counted them today since it was after midnight when we played :P ). I was amazed that darts counted as cardio, but I ran across it when I browsed the activities looking for a substitute for the walking.
Anyway, I am getting back on track and hopefully will stay that way.
