Back with a few revelations

So I've been pretty busy with work and finals, so all I've done is just check in and record my nutrition and fitness logs, give some likes to my fellow sparkmembers doing great things...there has also been some good things that has happened as well.
I found out that I won't be deployed for a year--actually I will be home much sooner than I thought and for that I am grateful (you will all know when I blog that I'm home, lol). I made a 98 in Public Speaking (yeah I know, I had to record speeches on powerpoints but I speak in front of crowds all the time so I'm good) and 97 in Composition. I'm starting my next two and final classes here on the 3rd. I've been going to church which has really helped me get over some anger that I've been holding in my heart since before I got here. I honestly haven't gotten angry once this week and it feels pretty good.
I got my training material from ACSM--yeah to become a Personal Trainer--I decided why should I wait to get back in the states to read and study the books? I have already been helping people here and giving advice to women who are going into weight training for the first time. Yes, military women are supposed to be at a certain standard, but it is not required for women to lift weights for exercise. There are plenty that just won't do it for the same misconceptions that civilian women have, they just become "Cardio Queens". But now they are discussing changing our Physical Fitness Test where we have to do pull ups for score...now these Queens are begging for help.
I just know that when I have free time all I do is read up on living a healthy lifestyle, inside and out and I want to contribute to the cause. I want to help others pursue a transformation where they not only lose weight and be physically fit, but to build self esteem and confidence that will positively affect every other aspect of their lives too.
I have some plans that are going into affect while I'm here and I'm so excited!
I intend on sharing everything here on SparkPeople while I develop my blog which I will share with everyone once it's finished.
I'm loving the transformation that is occurring in my life, and one day I will be able to help people do the same.
