So far so good

I walked a little today - not much - maybe 20 min total but I noticed that my hip didn't feel like it was grinding into itself - yea!!! That's pretty much what has kept me from walking and I don't know whether the meds that the doctor now has me on has been helpful or not. I do know tho that this month I've felt better than I have in many many months. Not as tired and I'm not taking afternoon naps either like I was.

I'm also tracking my food. I've noticed that I'm always below what spark says I should be. Even tho that's wonderful I'm thinking I probably should up my food intake. I haven't lost any weight - nary a pound and maybe it's because I don't eat any where close to where Spark says my calories should be. Something to think about.

Anywho - I'm glad my hip didn't hurt from walking. I'll try to make time to go to the park this week and see if my usual path is just as sucessful.

    Glad to hear you had a good walk! As for the calories - I would try at least reaching the lower limit so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and hold onto the pounds. I've also had to learn patience...it takes awhile for the body to catch up to the mind!
