Simple July Goals

These are simple, but I hope effective.
Starting on the 5th of July.
- Lose 6 pounds (yikes, that will be a stretch)
- Lose an inch overall (yeah this is a guess number) between the hips, belly button, waist, thighs (based on the end of June measurements)
- Get all my DNA extracted at work
- Bike Ride at least once per week
- Minimum 1500 calories burned per week (2000 preferred)
- Eat to Live
o Only have custard a max of twice this month
o No toxic eating, especially on weekends
o Chew my food, I like to inhale it
- Some kind of strength training 2x per week (shred or other)
- Actually take my measurements- duh!
