emoticonWell this is my first ever blog, so I'll try to make it what I feel it should be about. I started the end of last month on the Sparks site, and fumbled around awhile and think I'm getting the hang of it so far. My weight goal is to get down to 175 and I'm started at 218. I lost 10 pounds, then a bout with a bad foot kept me from my routine so I'm back up to 212. I just got my Sparks book and will start it probably on monday. I will keep you posted as to my progress and how I'm doing. So LIVE, LOVE AND LAUGH because this is the first day for the rest of your life.
