Taking a Day Off

For the past 7 days I have worked out for at least an hour or more. Today I am taking a day off, I'm not going to do anything crazy, just relax for a minute, and when i get off work a relaxing bubble bath sound so good!
My next personal weigh in is on July 15 and my goal is to be at 245, hopefully 240...........To all of you in the struggle, keep on keeping on, i know its not easy but it is so worth it!!

Keep up the great work and if by chance you've fallen off the wagon, its ok, get back up and start anew!!
