At the end of Sunday my calorie count was around 800. Livable but still feeling hungry. Today was better but still around 800-900. I hope my friends are ok that are doing this diet. I find that cottage cheese is a big help. Tonight I was out after eating a big salad with low cal dressing and 1/2 of an avacado but felt hungry when I got home. What could I eat and 1/2 C of FF cottage cheese with1/4 C of blueberries seems to be the right thing tonight. That's my breakfast, cottage cheese with some fruit. Tomorrow pineapple. I got the idea from the dieters, it holds me for about 3 hrs. This week I want to lose more weight. Sunday is a big party, barbecue, at friends. I know there will be tons of food. We're getting things out of storage and I found a container with clothes that used to fit me without any problems. It really makes me want to lose weight, not just for looks but for my health, but actually to be honest, looks is #1. That sounds foolish because my health is very important to me, health and strength. My blood pressure has been up for years, I have to take medicine to keep it normal. I just found out from someone tonight that Tylenol PM can raise blood pressure.
One thing I've been doing since our last dive is carrying 2 15 lb weights up and down the stairs, when I'm going up and down, not just to carry the weights. Got the idea from the female dive master, who can lift a tank like its nothing and she's a tiny person but all muscle. In her 50's. Maybe 60.
Another thing that might interest someone is turning your shower to cold when you're done. I've been doing it for 2 weeks now. It's supposed to help burn the fat that is near the surface. Got that from a fitness guru I subscribe to. I'm in Florida so the water isn't as cold as up North. But I did read that going into really cold water is good for your body.
