Weekend away

I wasn't able to record what I ate this weekend. I watched what I ate but I know I over indulged. The best thing is I did not binge and by over indulging I mean that I ate bread with my dinner. The next night I had a baked potato with sour cream. I managed to get one walk in so that was good. Today I started working and I did not get to eat very much. I know that's not good but I will get some more calories in -- I will just make sure that it is good calories and not sugar. I find it hard to sometimes balance what I am eating. I still have in the back of my mind that carbs are bad and protein is good. I always eat the right amount of protein but I'm not so good with the carbs. I think I will go fix myself some popcorn and enjoy it.
