Three steps forward, two steps back seems the way it goes.
But as my favorite pt finally told me when I was whining..."Suck it up!"
I say those words a lot and believe it or not, it helps.
So suck it up, get back on track and carry on.

My battle is not exercise, it is nutrition and it doesn't take much to get sloppy again.

You seem like you recognize the problem which is a big part of it.
Now stop the "creep" and just do it.

You know what's worse than an intervention blog? Posting another intervention blog a month later. LISTEN TO YOURSELF!!! Break the habits and the cycle of behavior that lands you where you don't want to be! Getting back to the level you used to live on may not be easy or automatic, but you LOVE being there and the way your body feels. Self confidence and happiness are worth the effort! I'm here trying to do the same thing, and I appreciate you being honest with us about your struggles!

You know...when I do things like this - people always tell me "Don't be so hard on yourself." Well...I say that is crap. Sometimes you have to be hard on yourself. Im glad you did this and Im glad you are noticing now and not TWENTY pounds from now!!

I miss you Jackie and I do hope you come around more often!!

WOW! Same thing, my end!! So much so that I have made my own vlog intervention! I understand exactly what you mean...
YOU CAN DO THIS! You're not someone who is lazy, you know how much you can challenged yourself, so we need to just DO IT!

Good luck for this week :) I'll be thinking of you!
