Day 1 of 17 Day Diet

Today is my first day of doing the 17 Day Diet. I was inspired by my mom's weight loss of 7 pounds the first week she did it! So I ran out to Target and bought the book and here I am on day 1! My only struggle so far has been drinking plain water. I usually put Crystal Light packages in my water to add it some flavor. That is a no no on this diet! I am enjoying the green tea more than I thought I would too. My other struggle will be eating so much chicken adn fish. I no likey turkey but I think this time around I will try to bring myself to eat ground turkey if it kills me. I will just have to pretend it's ground beef! LOL emoticon
