Catching up.. again

Oy.. yeah, baad weekend for Spark and for general physical health. However I DID have a good mental health weekend; Spent time scrapbooking with girlfriends on Friday night, and spent most of the rest of the weekend reading straight through a 300+ page book. It was not good for my back, but was good mentally.

Having been refreshed mentally, I'm gearing up for a good week BOTH physically and mentally. During lunch I'll review my GTD (Getting Things Done) list, and make some priority goals for my week. I have to make time to prepare some meals for myself and make sure I make time for walking.

12:21- I'm stuck at my desk watching phones until 1:30. I'm getting some bad sciatic pain today in my leg, and I'm frustrated because there's no one here I can have watch phones while I take 10 to do my back exercise. Will have to wait until 1:30.

I do look forward to looking at my GTD, thinking of good goals for the week, and I brought my meditations book with me to work so I could do that today. I am starting at "0" again for all my sparkstreaks today, which makes me sad, but it's ok. Each day is brand new and I can be successful one day at a time.
