new week

Monday, June 27, 2011

I am regrouping this week-I haven't been doing things I need to do to lose weight. I AM going to do a bootcamp video as soon as I post this and then head to the pool for water aerobics. I AM going to eat proper meals without all the little extra bites or things that I can't really count properly. I also pray we don't have a week like last week when a great friend died suddenly at 61 and one of my husband's coworkers lost his wife in a car accident.

One of those eerie things happened this morning when I read my e-mail-well, didn't really happen today. Yesterday I sent an email to some other friends who used to be my grandson's Sunday School teacher. I wanted to make sure they had heard of Donna's passing and I told them my grandson had a 24 hour eeg to check on his epilepsy. She wrote back that she was surprised by the email because she had been thinking of him after driving by a bowling alley and remembered he loved bowling. (He still does as does his sister.) Strange that shortly after her thinking of him that I sat down and e-mailed them.

Those are all the meanderings I have time for this morning as I am now going to do that bootcamp video and get out the door!

Wishing for a wonderful day to all sparkfriends out there!

Sorry for the loss of your friend. emoticon

Good you are regrouping! Exercise is a mind over matter- you just have to be determined to do it! I know once I got in the habit of it and the more I did it, the more I enjoy it! emoticon emoticon emoticon
