I am starting over again

Monday, June 27, 2011

It has been awhile since I have been on SparkPeople. I am back and going to stay this time. I gained 20 lbs. of the 85 I lost and I need to get rid of that and more. I will blog every day and post my nutrition every day. I am walking more and I spend at least an hour in my garden every day. I am starting back to the gym tomorrow if time allows. I want to go three times a week doing water aerobics, yoga, treadmill, stair stepper, and weight machines. Wish me luck. I just have to make good choices and proper portions. I had gastric bypass so I can't eat large portions. Just have to make the right choices and not graze.

    Welcome back!

Even if you have to start over 100 times, as long as you only quit 99, you will make it! You sounds like you have a great plan, and some great exercise options. Vary your exercise routine between all those so that you don't get bored, and definitely work on food quality. That is something I have been struggling with lately too. Work on putting healthy foods into your body. I promise you will start to feel a difference!

And you know what? You already lost 85 pounds! So what if you gained part of it back. Remember that you have PROVEN that YOU CAN DO THIS!
